Faith Direct is upgrading to ParishSoft Giving. The upgrade will take place as a secure migration that will automatically transfer your giving data and payment information so that you do not have to create a new account; it will all be done for you. Once the upgrade is complete, you will be logging in to ParishSoft Giving to do any account maintenance or changes that you need.
What is a benefit of the upgrade? True and flexible gifting schedules! If you’re signed up for weekly offering, the amount that you want to donate weekly will be deducted weekly instead of once a month! This is a benefit to not only you but the parish as well. If you don’t like it and would like to keep the amount just once a month, you will be able to log in and update your account or contact Donor Support to have that change made as well. You’re also no longer locked into the 4th or the 15th, you’d be able to log in and set your recurring gifts based on your schedule any day of the month.
Another benefit is flexible giving through other digital wallet options. With the upgrade you will have the ability to give gifts through PayPal, Venmo, Google or Apple Pay as well!
We understand that change is difficult, but we are working to ensure that this is a smooth transition for you. You will still have the ability to reach out to Donor Support when needed for refunds and/or any questions that you may have. You will receive information as we get closer to the upgrade date. The new platform will also be sending out reminder emails that will have the link to click on to log in to your account.
