The Birds — our team with Most Blessed Sacrament — compete in a faith-centered environment, building teamwork, discipline, and fundamentals across three grade-level teams (3/4, 5/6, 7/8).

Fall — practice begins early August; regular season mid-Sept through early November

Welcome to STM Athletics! Every student-athlete in grades 3–8 needs a completed Athletic Packet before their first practice. Download it below, complete it with your athlete, and return it to the school office.

Answers to common questions about STM Athletics.
STM Athletics serves students in grades 3 through 8. Both competitive and recreational programs are available for all skill levels. Every student-athlete has a place on our teams.
Registration opens in June for fall sports, November for winter sports, and February for spring sports. Dates are posted on the athletic calendar and announced via email to families.
The athletic packet includes health forms, emergency contact information, and policy acknowledgments. All students in grades 3-8 must complete and submit it before competing.
Yes. A current physical exam is required for all student-athletes. Documentation must be included in the athletic packet before participation begins.
Yes. Intramural basketball and volleyball provide recreational opportunities for students who want to play without competitive pressure. Both are available during their respective seasons.
Cheerleading and dance are offered as separate programs. They build confidence and teamwork while supporting other athletic events throughout the year.
Registration fees vary by sport. Financial assistance is available for families who need it. Contact the athletic director for details about costs and aid options.
