Join the Altar Server Ministry

St. Thomas More welcomes all parish and school students in 4th grade and above who are baptized Catholics to serve as altar servers. This is a rewarding way for young people to deepen their faith while actively supporting the parish community.

Why Join?

• Active Participation: Assist the priests and deacons during Sunday parish liturgies and/or weekday school Masses.
• Character Building: Develop valuable life skills, including responsibility, reverence, and teamwork.
• Spiritual Growth: Gain a deeper understanding of the Mass and strengthen a personal connection to the Church.

This ministry offers students a meaningful opportunity to learn more about the liturgy while serving in a special role.

Training Pathways

We offer two options:

Option 1: Summer Serving
For students eager to train immediately and begin serving at regular parish Masses this summer.

Option 2: Fall/School Year Serving
For students who prefer to serve primarily during the school year. Additional training sessions will be held at the end of the summer.
