The Angel Tree: Ready to Spread Its Wings

St. Thomas More Parish has a strong history of serving and helping those in need, especially during the Christmas season. This year, the Angel Tree Committee invites you to continue that tradition by assisting individuals and families through our annual Angel Tree Project.

The Angel Tree will feature wishes from St. Vincent de Paul, Xavier Catholic School, Volunteers of America, and our own STM families in need.

The Angel Tree will be located at the back of the church beginning the weekend of November 15, and angel ornaments will be available through November 30. Volunteers from the Angel Tree Committee will be available before and after each Mass to help you select your special angel and answer any questions you may have. (Angels will also be available for selection on the field at the Outdoor Mass on November 16.)

Once you’ve selected an angel, please wrap the gift in festive paper or place it in a holiday gift bag, and securely attach the angel ornament to the outside. Gifts should be returned to the church or the church office no later than December 7.

If you have questions about the STM Angel Tree Project, please contact Megan Campagna at 225-276-1257 or mscampagna@cox.net.

We warmly encourage all members of the STM family to take part in this meaningful project. It takes many volunteers to make the Angel Tree a success — from sorting gifts and shopping for unclaimed angels to coordinating deliveries and more. VOLUNTEER HERE!

May God bless you for your generosity and compassion this Christmas season.
