THANK YOU to everyone who attended the STM We Go Together Dance on February 3! Every ticket, king and queen nomination, and raffle entry directly benefits our students.
Congratulations to the 2026 King and Queen: JP Gaspard and Kaleigh Mitchell!
Special thanks to our sponsors: FMM Facilities Maintenance Management, Anytime Flooring, ACES Air Compressor Energy Systems Inc., Performance Contractors Inc., and the Pollet Family.
Thank you to the STM School Board for planning the event for our STM community!
As we prepare for several upcoming class field trips, we want to ensure that all parent volunteers have current Child Protection Certification to be eligible to participate. Please take a moment to confirm that your Child Protection certification is current by emailing Kristin Baldridge at baldridgek@stmbr.org to check the status of your certification as soon as possible. If updates are needed, this will allow you ample time to complete the requirements before the scheduled field trip. Thank you for your prompt attention to this and for your continued support of our students!

Today your child is bringing home a small cardboard container labeled “CRS Rice Bowl.” Since 1975, Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Rice Bowl has been helping faith communities encounter God and our global family throughout Lent by practicing prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. As a longstanding Lenten tradition, Catholics across the United States have come together through this program to serve our sisters and brothers experiencing hunger worldwide.
Fifty-one years ago, Catholics in Allentown, Pennsylvania, organized to bring help to families facing famine in Africa. That help came in the form of a small cardboard box, marking the beginning of “Operation Rice Bowl.” The program is a tradition for millions of Catholics in the United States who continue to answer the Gospel call, supporting families experiencing hunger around the world.
There is no one solution to breaking the cycle of hunger for every community around the world—but we can do our part through CRS Rice Bowl by answering Jesus’ invitation to share bread for life with our sisters and brothers during Lent — so all may live with dignity.
Your donation to CRS Rice Bowl helps provide lifesaving support to more than 200 million people in more than 120 countries. But did you know your support also helps our local diocese? Twenty-five percent of every donation stays in our community to fight hunger and poverty, while 75% supports Catholic Relief Services programming around the world.
So let’s start today. Encourage your child to help around the house to earn money to give to others in need. Every little bit counts and adds up! We will continue this service project through Lent and return the rice bowls in a ziploc bag with your child’s name and homeroom starting the week of March 30. The last day to bring in the rice bowls will be on holy Thursday, April 1. For more information, go to https://www.crsricebowl.org/

HEALTHY SCHOOL SNACKS: We know how important it is to keep our students fueled and focused throughout the school day! If you’re sending a snack with your child, we encourage options that are nutritious, easy to eat, and free of nuts and added sugars when possible. Below is a list of school-friendly snack ideas that are both kid-approved and recess-ready. Thank you for helping us support healthy habits at school!
